China Eastern launches ticket app

China Eastern Airlines has launched a ticket booking system via mobile phones. Passengers can board the aircraft by showing their mobile phone. The bilingual app can be downloaded to smart phones. After buying tickets using the app, travelers will receive a code on their phone, which serves as their boarding pass. Flight crew have another app which allows them to check the details and food preferences of passengers.
