What does traveling mean to you in your life?

Travel means experience, to have the different experiences, knowing different places and different lifestyle and to enrich life.

Do you prefer to travel alone or with family/friends?

I prefer travel with family and friends.

Q: What kind of hotel will you choose to stay in during a trip?

A: It depends, if going for business, I prefer a business hotel all well-organized; if going for holiday, I will choose some special resorts, which focus on providing memorable experiences.

Q: What do you value most when choosing a hotel?

A: Service, of course.

Q: Any facility or service that you think is necessary during a hotel stay?

A: A soft bed and a strong shower.

Q: What do you expect most of a hotel for an enjoyable stay?

A: The recognition from the hotel and personal touch service.

Q: What do you usually do in a hotel during your stay apart from resting in your room?

A: I will try hotel activities, relax at the pool side, and enjoy restaurants and bars.

Q: How do you book a hotel with an affordable room rate?

A: Normally through the Internet.

Q: Share with us an unforgettable stay in a hotel.

A: I was in Egypt with my girlfriend back then, we stayed in Oberoi, Giza — very unique hotel. The largest pyramid in the world is 100 meters in front of us. The room service brought the Champagne and food. I proposed to her that night! She said YES! All perfect at that hotel.

Q: Any hotels where you are looking forward to staying in the future?

A: Not a particular hotel, but W hotels are always attractive to me.

Q: Which city is your favorite and why?

A: Chicago is one of my favorite cities. There are many cool bars, music and people. It is a very beautiful city.

Q: What’s so special about it?

A: I enjoyed walking on the streets of the downtown area. Sitting in the cafe, watching people walking by. The food and wine is twice nice in Chicago.

Q: Any necessities you have to take when going to Chicago?

A: Mingle with the city, be the local, have the in-the-know experience. Meet friends, go for a concert or have a nice dinner.

Q: What do you do upon arriving in Chicago?

A: Have a cold beer in downtown.

Q: Any places you have to visit or things you have to see when visiting Chicago?

A: Since I have stayed in Chicago for many years and have lots of local friends, normally I will go to nice restaurants, try some new food or go to a local bar for good drinks and some good blues bars (music).

Q: Share with us an unforgettable experience during your trip to Chicago?

A: The unforgettable experience in Chicago was the 10-year reunion for my MBA. I  showed my family around the streets. Nice place, they fell in love with the city, too. Then I bought a place there.

Q: What to buy as gifts in Chicago for friends and family?

A: I will buy things that remind me of my trip, simple but cool stuff in some small streets.
