Hotel development venture

Shanghai Spring Tour and chain hotel BTG Homeinn Hotel Group have inked a cooperation deal on airport hotel development in Shanghai. The two sides will establish a hotel management joint venture under the agreement. The chain airport hotel project will cover destination airports of about 200 Spring Airlines鈥 routes. The overseas destination airport accommodation market will also be targeted.
The hotels will feature aviation-themed elements and experiences and the hotel development will extend to railway stations in the future. The two sides will integrate their hotel, flight and tourism resources and share membership resources.
