HYATT Regency Chongming offers a great getaway from the city as its near Dongtan Wetlands Park and a migratory bird reserve on Chongming Island. The resort offers extensive gardens with flowers, streams and arched bridges scattered among the greenery. With 235 contemporary guest rooms, five restaurants, a tea lounge and recreational facilities for all ages, the Hyatt Regency makes for a nice weekend trip. It is also the first Hyatt hotel in China to introduce a pet friendly program. It has 25 dedicated dog-friendly rooms complete with enclosed outdoor courtyards and special canine comforts.
