LINJIA Village of Ningbo’s Fenghua Town is holding its annual Peach Blossom Festival in its peach garden on Xiaowangmiao Street. Visitors can enjoy flowers of all kinds and blossoming orchards. Guqin, a traditional plucked zither, is played throughout the day and the culture of guqin is shared with visitors. Its lingering ethereal music floats through the trees. The instrument is one of the oldest in China and was favored by literati. A photography contest is also held. The festival runs through April 15.
