2 suspects caught over restaurant murder

SHANGHAI police say they have detained two men suspected of killing a dishwasher and injuring another employee of a hot pot restaurant early this morning.
Police say they received a report at 5:54am when someone found the injured woman lying, with blood on her face, in front of the Chuanfu Hot Pot Restaurant on Meiyuan Road in suburban Jiading District.
Police later found the dead dishwasher, 58, in the restaurant.
The injured woman was rushed to the hospital and is now listed stable condition.
The suspects, surnamed Quan and Min, were caught in the city of Wuxi in neighboring Jiangsu Province this afternoon. Both men used to work in the restaurant, police say.
The two suspects will be brought back to Shanghai this afternoon.
Police are still investigating the case.
