3 workers trapped as fire breaks out

A FIRE broke out at a metro station under construction in Shanghai's Putuo District about 11:20am, trapping three workers.
The fire started on the third underground level of a Line 11 station at the intersection of Caoyang Road and Baiyu Road. Ethane containers were being stored on that level. Ethane is flammable at room temperature and when mixed with air can be explosive.
Firemen rushed to the site and are still battling the blaze.
Injuries have been reported but no further details were available.
Traffic controls had not yet been implemented in the area.
