ABOUT 6,000 people who attended last weekend’s matchmaking event in Qingpu District have arranged follow-up dates, its organizer claimed yesterday.
The figure was provided by the matchmaking agencies that took part in the dating expo, the Shanghai Matchmaking Association said. Almost 30,000 people attended the two-day event, where women outnumbered men by about 1.2-to-1.
