AN ambulance caught fire near Yan'an and Loushanguan roads at 10am today, Xinmin Evening News reported.
Heavy smoke was seen coming from the driver's window, according to pictures witnesses posted on Weibo.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire. No one was injured and traffic resumed shortly afterward.
No patients were aboard the ambulance when it caught fire.
