TWO men working for an unlicensed ambulance business set about a rival with iron bars and trashed his vehicle outside a hospital, prosecutors said yesterday.
The violence reflects vicious competition within the underground ambulance business, which mainly transports patients from Shanghai to other provinces. The two alleged attackers, Huang Li and Huang Qiang, together with their boss, Liu Bo, were charged with disturbing the social peace by Jing'an District prosecutors.
