SIU Fung Ceramics Sanitary Ware Co, which manufactures the ROY brand of basins and fittings, has become the sanitary ware supplier for World Expo 2010.
The company's toilets and other products will be given priority for use inside the five permanent structures - China Pavilion, Theme Pavilion, Expo Boulevard, Expo Center and Performance Center - at Expo 2010.
The company signed a project sponsorship agreement with the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination in Shanghai yesterday.
Meanwhile, the Republic of Sudan signed an official participation contract.
The country will demonstrate the significance of peace in development at a joint pavilion for African countries and regions at the Expo.
Pakistan also signed a participation contract. It has secured a 2,000-square-meter self-built pavilion at World Expo 2010 to showcase its culture, history and customs.
