JIADING District, where an unclaimed 10-million-yuan (US$1.5 million) lottery ticket was sold in April, has sold another 10-million-yuan winner, the Shanghai Welfare Lottery Center said yesterday. In both cases the player bought five lines for 10 yuan. Despite appeals, the April winner never came forward.
