THE Shanghai Exit-Entry Administration will adopt new vouchers for visa and residency permits for foreigners from April 1, the administration said yesterday.
The new voucher will have Chinese-English bilingual text on personal information and application information to make it more convenient for foreign applicants, the administration said.
