A FEMALE bike rider was injured after she was hit by a jeep yesterday in Changning District. The driver of the jeep crashed into the biker in front of a residential community at 9:45pm, a witness said.
The jeep had just left another crash with a taxi minutes -before, the witness added. The injured woman, surnamed Xie, suffered leg and head -injuries and the jeep driver was taken away by police for questioning.
