Body of young woman found in Pudong river

A woman's body was found this morning in a creek in a rural town in Pudong, Shanghai police said.
The victim was about 25 years old and her identity is still unknown. Police are investigating the cause of her death.
Police said they received a report at 8:50am that a body was floating on the river near Chengxi Road in Chuansha Town.
The caller surnamed Zhou said he was passing the road this morning when he saw the body.
The woman's body was brought up around 9:30am. No visible wound was found in her body. It seems she died not long ago as she was wearing shorts.
Forensic experts arrived at the scene around 10:30am. The investigation is ongoing.
