JIADING District police have nabbed gangs forging certificates and invoices.
Seven suspects had been caught with 130,000 counterfeit certificates, stamps, and invoices seized, police said. Police found cell phone numbers written on walls in Jinghe Village. The numbers were accompanied by the promise of "Certificates Made." The certificates included college degrees, identification cards and property deeds.
