A SEVEN-YEAR-OLD boy playing under his uncle's car was killed when the man started the car and began to drive away.
The accident happened about 5pm on Baicheng Road in Yangpu District, police said. Yan was run over when the car started to move and he was pronounced dead at Changhai Hospital. The case is still under investigation, police said.
