Boy stabbed

A 13-YEAR-OLD boy was stabbed in the neck in a residential complex in the Pudong New Area yesterday afternoon. His injuries are not life threatening, police said. Officers said a 36-year-old man, surnamed Liu, who suffers from mental health problems, was held afterward as suspect.
