THE identity of the man who jumped to his death off Yangpu Bridge after a car accident on Saturday night was announced by police yesterday. Police said the local man was surnamed He.
Previous reports identified him as Chen. He managed a company and had no criminal record or mental problems. The motivation for He's jump is still being investigated.
