Bus lines set up for Expo retro

VISITORS can take three new shuttle bus lines to watch an exhibition about the World Expo 2010 from the city's Metro and bus stations.

The operator of the retrospective that will officially open tomorrow in the former Urban Footprint Pavilion in Puxi set up a No.96 bus line to shuttle between the Xizang Road S. station of Metro Line 4 and 8 and the exhibition.

The new No.146 bus will link the public bus hub under the Lupu Bridge to the exhibition.

Visitors to the China Pavilion can take the No. 4 China Pavilion Bus to the Puxi show from 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Traffic authorities are also establishing a bus station near the entrance of the one-year-long exhibition to link more buses to the pavilion.

The exhibition, which will run until the end of next year, is expected to attract 10,000 visitors a day. Standard tickets cost 30 yuan (US$4.69).
