Caught snapping wrong pictures!

A man has been detained for taking improper pictures of a woman at Metro Line 4 yesterday, police said yesterday.
The woman was on the escalator in Tangqiao Station at about 1:05pm yesterday when she felt a hand on her skirt. She turned around and found a man using his mobile phone to take pictures of her underpants, police said.
Caught in the act, the man apologized and then tried to escape. But the woman managed to catch him and hand him over to the police. There were several other similar pictures in his cell phone.
He will receive administrative detention as punishment.
