ANOTHER two people fell victim to a heavy construction vehicle yesterday in Minhang District.
A man, 44, and his daughter, 15, were crushed to death after their moped was hit by a cement mixer at the intersection of Minhang's Gumei Road and Gudai Road about 5:30pm. The mixer driver was taken away by police for questioning. Construction vehicles have been linked to 16 deaths since November 17.
