Chen makes concert comeback

HONG KONG singer-actor Edison Chen will stage his comeback at a star-studded charity concert next Saturday, two years after quitting showbuisness due to a sex photo scandal.
The 30-year-old Cantopop star confirmed his attendance during the press conference of the upcoming 2010 Shanghai East Asia All Stars Concert, which features nearly 30 pop singers from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea, reported the Oriental Morning Post today.
Popular figures such as Hong Kong singer Andy Lau, Japanese group Exile and South Korean singer Kim Jun-Soo will perform at the Hongkou Football Stadium, where the concert takes place. All proceeds from the concert will be donated to the Red Cross Society of China.
