Children die in blaze

A 12-year-old boy and his sister, 13, died when fire swept through their wooden house on Renmintang Road in the Pudong New Area late Monday night. The fire started in the room where the children were. Their mother tried to save them but the flames spread quickly, fanned by strong winds.
