CAMEROONIAN Muna Massango was jailed for 10 years yesterday by the Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People's Court for fraud. Massango pretended to be an official from the International Monetary Fund and approached a victim surnamed Lin online in June 2008. He came to the city in July 2008 and cheated Lin out of 1.02 million yuan (US$149,341) with a scheme involving washing bank notes.
