A FOREIGN cook accidentally fell to his death in a lift well on a Liberian vessel berthed at Chongming County on Wednesday morning, Wusong Frontier Inspection Station said yesterday.
The cook, whose name and nationality wasn't disclosed, only started working on the vessel two days ago.
