Crackdown on 2-wheel thieves

POLICE have seized 313 thieves who snatched purses, cell phones and gold necklaces from pedestrians since mid-April, with stolen goods and cash worth over 327,000 yuan (US$47,900) recovered.
Police said the suspects usually rode motorcycles or scooters to carry out the robberies.
