Customs help

SHANGHAI Customs has promised the most efficient Customs clearance service for materials used against swine flu. Customs officials said yesterday that from April 27 to Monday, the Customs approved the import of 112 batches of protective suits and masks valued at 13.9 million yuan (US$2.04 million).

Some 146 batches of masks, valued at more than 2.8 million yuan, had been approved for export by May 15.
