SHANGHAI water authority has cleared a creek in Minhang District of dead fish and ruled out deliberate poisoning, officials said yesterday. An online photo showing dead fish floating in the small river in Pujiang Town has raised alarm about pollution or deliberate poisoning. "The water authority has ... found some migrants tried to catch fish and shrimps in the river with drugs, which caused massive deaths of fish," the authority said.
