Dead woman's hands bound, man accused

A MAN is accused of killing a woman in a home in Putuo District on Sunday, city police said yesterday.
The suspect, surnamed Jin, was caught early yesterday morning, police said.
Some of the victim's goods were found in Jin's home, police said.
The woman's body was found on Sunday afternoon in an apartment on the 26th floor of a building on 366 Ningxia Road.
Witnesses said the woman's hands were tied behind her back when her body was found on a bed, and that she was mistreated before being killed.
The woman rented the apartment for three years, neighbors said.
A colleague of the woman's said she used to work for a foreign company dealing with office supplies.
