TRAFFIC on Metro Line 4 was suspended for about 30 minutes during the morning rush traffic yesterday as a train suddenly pulled to a halt and then ran backwards. The accident delayed traffic and caused congestion, but no passengers were injured. The troubled train was later pulled back into a depot for a check and the cause of the malfunction was still being investigated, the Metro operator said.
