A WOMAN with fake papers and a man who helped others in illegal emigration have been nabbed by Fengxian District police. The woman, surnamed Shi, paid 130,000 yuan (US$19,000) to the man for the fake documents in a bid to visit Japan. She was caught trying to leave Pudong International Airport.
