POLICE have caught a truck driver who failed to stop after he hit and killed a cyclist in Pudong New Area on January 1. Police tracked Xu Ming's vehicle from paint left on victim Li Zhong's clothing and camera evidence.
They said Xu confessed after he was shown the evidence.
