Ten people have been blacklisted for serious drug safety violations, Shanghai Food and Drug Administration said yesterday.
They ran an illegal beauty parlor, dental clinic and drug retailer. They fraudulently sold fake cosmetic injections, anaesthetic paste and other “medical” products. They have been punished with periods in detention or jail terms on various charges, including illegal operations, selling counterfeit drugs, selling unlicensed drugs and selling drugs without a permit.
