THE Shanghai Railway Transport Intermediate People's Court yesterday sentenced a Sichuan Province farmer to 15 years' prison for trafficking drugs. Zeng Changwu, 34, said he carried the drugs because he was promised a job in Shanghai and was paid traveling costs here. On November 2, Zeng traveled by train from Chengdu to Shanghai with the man who promised him work. The man asked Zeng to carry two bags out of the station where he was caught by police carrying 235 grams of heroin.
