Exhibition showcases HK history and prospects

A special exhibition hall was unveiled on Friday in the China Merchants Building in Lujiazui of Pudong New Area to show the achievements Hong Kong has made along its history and its future development prospects to mark the 20th anniversary of its handover.
Visitors can not only see pictures and videos about important moments and celebrities in Hong Kong, but also have a cup of milk tea at a mini cafe or sing classic Hong Kong pop songs in a mini Karaoke booth.
Famous chairs used by HK director Jackie Chan and Stanley Tong when directing movies were also there and visitors can sit on them and take pictures.
The exhibition was launched by Shanghai Hong Kong Association and is open to the public for free. It will run till the end of year.
