THE Shanghai municipal government yesterday honored researchers and professionals for presenting 83 suggestions that will improve the city's economic and social development.
The suggestions cover areas such as how to improve environmental monitoring and how to enhance the construction of an international trade hub.
Mayor Han Zheng yesterday encouraged more researchers and experts to provide new innovative solutions to help the government improve policies and enhance economic restructuring.
