SHANGHAI Immigration Police said yesterday they detained three smugglers, including one foreigner, at Pudong International Airport. The pretended to be a family traveling to Europe, police said.
They held fake visas and a marriage certificate was also fake, police added. They were taken away for further investigations, police said, indicating their journey was arranged by "snakeheads."
