HOUSEHOLD maintenance firms in the city are now considering raising fees between 10 yuan (US$US1.5) and 20 yuan to cover rising wages and logistics costs, officials said over the weekend.
The Shanghai Electric Appliances Maintenance Association said the costs have risen by 50 percent recently but that service fees haven't been adjusted since 2002.
