THE South Korean Pavilion plans to prepare traditional bibimbap, a rice dish topped with a variety of vegetables and meat, for 1,000 people at an outdoor square on September 22 for the Mid-autumn Festival.
Pavilion officials said it will be free, but further details were not available as they were still under discussion.
Pavilion officials added they are working closely with the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration to make a detailed plan to ensure proper hygiene and prevent food poisoning for the event.
