SHANGHAI Xujiahui Center (Group) Co Ltd was fined 50,000 yuan (US$7,316) for an unauthorized fireworks display during the Lantern Festival on Monday, city fire authorities said.
The display was in Xujiahui, an area where fireworks and firecrackers were banned.
