Foreign man caught using cellphone to take pictures under woman's skirt on Line 2

A foreign man was caught taking photos under a woman's skirt on Metro yesterday, Metro police said.

The man, whose nationality and name were not disclosed, was found placing his cellphone under a woman's skirt trying to take pictures, at an exit of Line 2's Loushanguan Road Station at 7:06pm.

He was caught red-handed by surrounding commuters and was later taken away by Metro police, who said they would investigate the case and punish him according to the law.
