Foreign ship dumps pollutants

Shanghai Maritime administration is seeking compensation from a foreign ship that illegally dumped pollutants into the mouth of the Yangtze River on November 3. A maritime surveillance plane took photos of the ship DD FIDELITY discharging 1.4 tons of coke-related pollutants into the river.
