Four dead in fight over parking quarrel

SHANGHAI'S Yangpu District police have detained a suspect of a group fight last night in which a man allegedly hacked three people to death and got himself killed, a local news Website said today. The brawl was caused by a quarrel over parking, the report said.
Witnesses said the man was looking after a bicycle parking lot inside Lane 2100, Siping Road, and the quarrel happened at about 10pm, Xinmin.cn reported.
Two men who came to a birthday party of their relative ran into argument with him over parking, the report said.
The quarrel escalated into a violent group fight after the duo called in their relatives to help and the parking worker took out a knife to stab others, the Website said.
During the fight, two men died on scene and one who was severely hurt was rushed to nearby Changhai Hospital but was claimed dead after treatment, Xinmin.cn said.
The parking worker was also killed in the fight, the report said.
