Free tattoos at France Pavilion

TATTOO artists will show off their skills at the French Pavilion during May 15 to 30 for a special display of the Polynesia Society Island, and visitors will be able to get tattooed free, organizers said yesterday.

At the top of the French Pavilion, a restaurant, 6SENS, will serve pure French flavor with two sets on a specially designed menu. The food is priced at 300 yuan (US$44) and 500 yuan a person.

And 600,000 free magazines, published by the pavilion and Amazing France, will be distributed to visitors. An estimated 70,000 people will tour the French Pavilion every day during the six-month event.

The Rhone-Alpes Pavilion at the Urban Best Practice Area, its first flowers planted in its rose garden yesterday, will be open to public on May 14. The pavilion features an environmentally friendly lighting project.
