French Superior Institute of Psychomotor Rehabilitation plans Shanghai office

French Superior Institute of Psychomotor Rehabilitation announced it plans to set up its first China office in Shanghai.

ISRP said it has reached a deal with the China Association of Social Welfare in the field of health care services for the elderly through integrating advanced French and Chinese knowledge and experiences and working together to co-develop educational content to establish models of initial training and continuing training for professionals in psychomotor services.

ISRP also announced it will work with Ruijin Hospital and Shanghai No. 1 People’s Hospital in training professionals in the field, which lags behind in China.

Psychomotor training refers to exercises and training with the combination of cognitive functions and physical movement. It can be used for children with mental disabilities and elderly people with Alzheimer’s disease.
