MORE developers in Shanghai are slashing new home prices in a bid to entice buyers amid ever-growing pressure on capital replenishment.
Across the city, 161 new housing developments are scheduled to offer promotions or price cuts to boost sales in November, according to research by Soufun.com.
This is an increase of nearly 10 percent from this month and the highest figure this year.
