GERMANY has started a program to encourage people to visit its pavilion in the Urban Best Practices Area in Puxi by rewarding them with fast track entry to the popular German national pavilion in Pudong. Visitors will get a card when they tour one of the four German UBPA projects at Zone E in the Puxi part of the Expo site.
A full set of e-stamps from the four -- Hamburg, Bremen, Freiburg and Dusseldorf -- guarantees the card holder fast entry at the German Pavilion (capacity permitting) in Zone C in Pudong. Visitors can also visit "Germany and China moving ahead together," an event in May-June in the Europe Square between the Croatian and Romanian pavilions in Zone C, or the German Center in Pudong (88 Keyuan Road, 201203) to collect the e-stamps. The queue in front of the pavilion, one of the most popular at the Expo, averaged 1,000 people in the first three days.
