Girl, 12, dies after falling from an office building in Yangpu District

A young girl fell to her death from the 9th floor of a building in Yangpu District yesterday, Shanghai Television reported.
The girl, reportedly around 12 and wearing a red outfit, fell from the window on the 9th floor of an office building on Yingkou Road, a witness said.
The building houses many training institutions, but most of them are still shut due to the Spring Festival holiday, STV reported.
No one has yet shown up to claim the body of the girl.
Police are still verifying the girl’s identity and investigating the incident, STV said.
