Girl, 4, missing from home in Pudong New Area

Local police are looking for a 4-year-old girl who went missing in Pudong New Area yesterday morning. She was last seen playing near her residence, police said.
Pudong police said they received a report from the girl’s father at 9am, saying his daughter, Fu Sichen, was missing from Sanqiao Village on Jinqiao Road. Police then started looking for the girl on the neighborhood surveillance videos.
Fu’s parents said the girl was 1 meter in height and was wearing a dark blue jacket and a skirt with pink stripes.
Fu’s father said his daughter was playing in front of their house in the morning. He noticed she was missing at 8:10am with her toys left behind. The family looked out for her in the surrounding areas for half an hour and then called the police.
At 3:30pm, the father told Shanghai Daily that they saw a familiar figure on the surveillance video and said will inform the police about it.
